Organization of meetings and screenings:
We will arrange an individual selection of objects for your client, arrange meetings and hold screenings at a convenient time for him. If necessary, we will meet the client at the airport and show several real estate options during the day. When making a decision, we promptly make a reservation and proceed to the transaction.

Mortgage financing without problems:
For clients who require a mortgage, we offer free assistance in its approval. Our specialists carry out internal checks similar to banking ones, which allows us to approve up to 90% of applications. We help you get a mortgage for up to 100 million rubles under favorable conditions — from 8 to 10.4% per annum.
